About St David’s Close

Our gorgeous two bedroom townhouses all with their own private courtyard or balcony. From time to time we are also able to offer one of our beautiful modern apartments which offer an additional study, and enjoy a large open plan kitchen and living area, flowing to your covered balcony. The master bedroom in these homes boasts a beautiful large ensuite, and your visitors will appreciate the equally large guest bathroom. Each home has secure lift access to basement parking, and additional storage.
We offer a lovely community room for functions and regular get-togethers. You can be as private or as social as you wish – the choice is all yours. Please also bear in mind we are in the very fortunate position of being able to offer you up to three months to market your current home. Everything we do is designed to make your move as simple and comfortable as possible.
Our emergency call system is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with our own staff always on call – just one more reason to feel safe and secure in your new home.
